How To Eliminate Suffering For Good

Perhaps Shakespeare’s beautiful words, which were sent out last week, can provide us with some clues:

“Let me not to the marriage of true minds Admit impediments. Love is not love Which alters when it alteration finds, Or bends with the remover to remove. Oh no! It is an ever fixed mark That looks on tempests and is never shaken; It is the star to every wandering bark, Whose worth’s unknown, although his height be taken. Love is not Time’s fool It alters not with brief hours and weeks But it bears it out even to the edge of doom.”—William Shakespeare

Someone logged into our forum and offered her thoughts, which echo my own: Without a solid foundation of self-love, it is impossible to maintain the “fixed mark” of love that Shakespeare so elegantly describes above. And so how is it that we can cultivate this sense of self-love, which is likely the origin for all loving relationships?

We have discussed the evolution of our species before—posing questions like, where exactly are we operating in the twenty-first century? Is the focus of our existence based on love, or fear?

Some believe that we are so strongly influenced by our ancient-fear-based-conditioning, that in order for us to change our security-driven minds (the root cause of suffering), we will literally have to re-wire ourselves—loosening up and re-programming the receptor sites, which have been trained for the worst to happen.

Many of us have been engaged in an ongoing attempt to discover the formula for this “re-wiring” process—hoping to find relief from the incessant suffering that seems to have defined us as a species. Often, we feel like we are making great progress, and then at other times, it can seem as though the task at hand is overwhelming indeed.

One thing we do know for sure. If we return to love, starting with ourselves, the suffering, no matter how great it may appear, will eventually cease—regardless of the situation at hand. And so could it be that easy? Is love the “secret” to creating new neuro-nets and updated pathways in the brain?

Would you be willing to become your own subject of inquiry? If so how will you know when love is the foundation of your reality? Perhaps you may be inclined to use Will Shakespeare as a reference—seems like he was pretty much an expert on the subject.

Do keep track of your progress and keep us posted. Who knows? You just might be the one to discover a permanent formula for obtaining the download of data required for our total transformation as a species. And wouldn’t that be cool? I mean no more wars, no more hatred, no more scarcity, no more limitation—all because you were willing to be a renegade for change. Amazing. Look at you go.

Cannot wait to hear the updates!

Loving you,
